How to use Scheduelr

Three ways to run a tournament, from a 10-second bracket to a weekly event.

1. Quick bracket

Tap Create tournament, choose Quick bracket, type player names and pick a format. Tap Let's play and you're in the bracket.

2. One-time tournament

Choose Just this once to set a name, format, players and how matchups are drawn. Tap a match to record the winner — the bracket advances automatically.

3. Recurring tournament

Choose It repeats, set how often it runs, the first date, time and location. Share the sign-up link or QR code — players RSVP Yes or Maybe for the next date.

When it's time to play, tap Start tournament to build the bracket from everyone who said Yes.

Sharing and TV view

In Tournament details, open Sharing to turn on the spectator link, show a QR code or put the bracket on a TV.

Use Find to discover tournaments near you by city and sport. Create a free profile to track your matches and wins.
